Room size felt cramped!!! Shower pressure issues resulted in uncomfortable experiences!!! Dirty glasses found raised significant cleanliness concerns!!! Unsteady shower door handle could lead to safety issues!!! Limited lighting made it hard to read!!!

We had a lovely stay for a family getaway. The food was exceptional, especially the pancakes at breakfast, which the kids loved. Despite the room being a bit cramped and having some cleanliness issues, the peaceful environment and friendly service made our stay enjoyable overall.

The staff were incredibly welcoming, making us feel right at home, and the full English breakfast was a standout with generous portions and rich flavors. the secure access to our room from the courtyard allowed us to safely store our bicycles. One minor improvement could be adding more lighting in the bedrooms for reading.

The bed offered fantastic comfort, especially after a chilly day exploring Horsey Gap to see the seals. The breakfast could not be better. a lavish heart full English spread. A great selection of other options, like smoked salmon. The staff welcomed me like a friend, incredibly attentive and friendly throughout my stay. I did encounter a problem during checkout. I couldn't find anyone to assist, which left me feeling a bit frustrated. I couldn't have asked for a better experience aside from that slight issue.
