pleasant stay but needs minor improvements

The breakfast prepared by Joss was exceptional, featuring fresh ingredients and a variety of options. The room was immaculate, showing attention to detail that made our stay enjoyable.

The evening meal service was good, but there were some delays that could be improved.

    delicious meal
    well-kept beer
    peaceful garden
    pre-booked breakfast time

I really enjoyed my stay here, especially the delicious evening meal in the pub and the well-kept beer selection at the bar. The courtyard provided a great spot to relax after a long bike tour of East Anglia, and I loved unwinding in the lovely garden area. The breakfast time needed to be chosen the day before, but it wasn't a dealbreaker. 🌼

    Exceptional Dining and Friendly Atmosphere

Our stay was highlighted by the fantastic Fish Night, where the dishes were not only delicious but also beautifully presented. The staff were incredibly welcoming, making us feel right at home, and the full English breakfast was a standout with generous portions and rich flavors. the secure access to our room from the courtyard allowed us to safely store our bicycles. One minor improvement could be adding more lighting in the bedrooms for reading.

Visited for the second time, and while the rooms were slightly compact, everything was spotless and well-equipped. The beer garden is lovely, and the food remains a highlight with an impressive breakfast. the pub's interior can be a bit dark, which was tough for my elder relative.

    staff availability

I truly enjoyed my stay at The Harnser. The accommodation had a lovely, cozy atmosphere. The standard double room featured a mini fridge stocked with fresh milk and water, an excellent touch. The bed offered fantastic comfort, especially after a chilly day exploring Horsey Gap to see the seals. The breakfast could not be better. a lavish heart full English spread. A great selection of other options, like smoked salmon. The staff welcomed me like a friend, incredibly attentive and friendly throughout my stay. I did encounter a problem during checkout. I couldn't find anyone to assist, which left me feeling a bit frustrated. I couldn't have asked for a better experience aside from that slight issue.
